Driver of said Domestic animal Svc vehicle endangering the safety of other motorists by tailgating, speeding along Drakeford Drive, racing thru roundabouts, all for maybe a dog that is roaming the streets. Why hell.. Imaging the carnage he would cause if he he ran up the bum of a vehicle he was tailgating that hit the dog he was after !
