This Holden Commodore driver with red p plates ( mounted inside the windscreen which is illegal)exceeded the speed limit by approx 20-30km/hr on and off between Bungendore and Batemans Bay. Always got slowed by traffic though. Red p platers caught speeding lose licence. Behaved like a hoon down Clyde Mountain where the Kings Hwy drops off the escarpment to the coast. Needs licence revoked.
