Like 99% of Canberra drivers - has no idea of the give way laws on roundabouts. Fortunately I didn't push my right of way (I was coming from the left, but would have been first on the roundabout), as he was not going to be able to stop in time. He then sped off down Strickland Crescent at well over the speed limit.
