Was driving along First Ave when this driver speed up behind me, sat right on my bumper bar. Turing into Blaxland Rd he changed lanes around me and then cut back in front of me, almost taking out the car in front of him. He turned into Balaclava Rd and then proceeded to repeat the speeding, tailgating with the next car in front of him.
