Green and grey Daihatsu Feroza pulled out in front of me at the intersection of Palmwoods School Road and Margaret St and proceded at 40km/h in the 60km/h zone. Further along Woombye Palmwoods road this shocker was doing 50km/h in the 80km/h zone. A long line of cars had formed behind me. The driver continued at this speed and threw a cigarette butt out the window. Conditions were clear also.
