Orange Ford Focus turned right from Wattle St into Parramatta Rd (through a red light from the straight ahead lane), spinning wheels and almost colliding with me next to him (I had a green arrow). Almost caused many accidents with aggressive lane changes, speeding & tailgating. Later seen on his hand-held mobile phone (with more subdued driving), and again on the M4 (still on his phone).
