Driver of said Subaru Forester, travelling at around 90kmh in 70kmz,Roberts Rd Homebush, jumping in & outa lanes and moderate traffic as if racing someone, only to end up way back in slow lane. You would think a Sydney driver would have better traffic negotiating skills than I from ACT.
