Two passengers got out of the car. One proceeded to put somthing under both of the rear tyres, the driver then put his foot on the brake and did a long burnout, this included three 360 'Doughnuts'. He then stopped doing the 'Doughnuts' and proceeded to do the burnout on the spot, this resulted in one of the tyres blowing up. The two passengers got back in the car and they drove off.
